We can’t avoid radioactivity. It’s all around us. Even in a fertilizer… Would you like to see it?
Thanks to our unique MiniPIX EDU particle camera we looked at radionuclides in fertilizer this time. We saw alpha and beta particles flying from thorium electrodes for welding as well. The experiment was conducted and recorded in cooperation with the VIDA! science centrum in Brno.
