PIXet Pro

The multi-platform software allows device control and setup. It enables users to configure the detector, as well as obtain and analyse data. Users can download the program on our website; it is also delivered on a hard drive with each detector.

THE ALL-PURPOSE IMAGING SOFTWARE

The PIXet Pro software package was developed for acquisition control of Medipix family chips. It supports most of the available Medipix based devices (Timepix, Timepix2, Timepix3, Medipix3) and commonly used readout interfaces MiniPIX, AdvaPIX, WidePIX etc.

The software offers graphical user interface as well as application programming interface, which makes it a flexible tool for a multitude of applications.

Pixet provides many tools for optimization of detector parameters, data processing, image corrections and scripting. It allows integration of user plug-in modules prepared in C++. Many of such plugins already exists. The program is written in C++ and uses multi-platform Qt libraries.

PIXet is used for:
