Recently, five of our researchers and ADVACAM team members presented results of their work at the 23rd INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON RADIATION IMAGING DETECTORS 2022 in Riva del Garda, Italy. Namely, our CSO Jan Jakůbek and scientific researcher Carlos Granja introduced the virtues and possibilities of the new miniaturized particle tracking and imaging detector MiniPIX Timepix2 that has been developed as a new member of the very versatile ADVACAM MiniPIX family:

Scientific researchers Daniela Doubravová and Eliška Trojanová highlighted the possibilities of the Timepix3 technology for the Compton camera for selected application fields:

The International Workshop on Radiation Imaging Detectors (iWoRiD) is a significant annual gathering, providing a global forum for discussing current research and development in the area of position sensitive detectors for radiation imaging, including semiconductor detectors, gas and scintillator-based detectors. This year, ADVACAM also served as one of the main sponsors of the whole event.
