The basic principle of the “Energy Dispersive X-ray Diffraction” (EDXRD) in transmission geometry: The spectral sensitivity of our detectors enables us to record dozen of images during a single measurement. Each image corresponds to a single wavelength. This way all primary energies contribute to the final XRD image instead of being lost in the monochromator. The measurement is, therefore, significantly faster (Circa 100x). Go on AdvaPIX models ›
