We seek for a person with drive and initiative to create, to take responsibility for administrative and marketing tasks with a can-do attitude.
Advacam Oy established in 2012, is a spin-off company from VTT Technical Research Center of Finland. The team has more than 30 years of experience in silicon sensor manufacturing and micro packaging technologies. The company works closely with its customers to find the optimal solution for their semiconductor module supply and streamlined logistics. Our personnel represent 8 nationalities and we are growing rapidly.
Responsibilities:
• Carrying out administrative assistant routines and assist in report creations
• Assist in internal and external meetings and keep minutes of the meetings
• Maintaining office supplies inventory, placing supplement orders at competitive prices
• Making travel arrangements and expense reports for management team members
• Maintaining contact lists for employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Participation in marketing and branding activities with the management team
We are looking for a person with:
• Independent and well-structured working style
• Precision in daily duties
• Advanced Office management skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills both in Finnish and English
• Feeling comfortable for multitasking
• Qualification as an Administrative assistant with marketing experience is a big plus
• To support the team by performing tasks professionally on time with clear and strong communication

Working time is 37.5 hours a week and there may be morning or evening shifts. The salary will be agreed between the parties.
